Elijah Rios, acting

Elijah Rios is an extremely driven Junior BFA Acting major at Florida State University, which is recognized as one of the best theatre programs in the country. He began his journey with acting in high school and quickly found a deep passion for theater, which paved the way for him to be inducted into the Thespian Honor Society.

Elijah has always seen acting as his only true authentic means of expression, and his love for acting soon brought him to FSU, where he has excelled in and out of the classroom. Being in numerous student written shows and even being in the FSU production of Bulrusher as Logger. Furthermore, he recently had the honor of being in an independent Feature Film entitled Sonny Boy and has experience working with FSU film. Elijah has also been a performer for the FSU Flying High Circus, where he took a more physical approach to performing.

With his desire to do more for young talent, Elijah is extremely honored and delighted to be working with Making Light, so he can be the positive influence he always knew he could be. He’s always hoped to have an opportunity in which he could teach others all that he has already learned, and looks forward to making meaningful contributions to the incredible Making Light family
